Quinn brushed away a lock of blonde hair from her eyes and bent down, making her eyes level with the victim strapped to the steel framed table. She saw the man's eyes and smiled. She loved the undiluted glimmer and fear and terror that was so present in their faces when she had them like this. It was so surreal . . . so delicious.

"Please . . . what are you going to do to me?" he whispered, his body straining against the bonds that constrained her wrists and ankles. She shrugged silently as she slid a finger along the man's prominent jaw line.

"I don't know. I usually just make it up as I go." She immediately straightened and reached upward, gripping the string that controlled the small lightbulb swinging precariously above them, the only source of light in the whole room.

"W-Why do you do this?" he choked out just as she was about to flick down the switch. Probably just stalling for time she thought.

"Well," she mused, drawing out the word, "apparently I don't have any feelings or emotions so the only way I feel anything is when I see yours. While I kill you." Quinn gave him a saccharine sweet smile and everything turned black. The room may have been dark but there was no silence. Only screams. And Quinn smiled.
